The Deep Epsilon Mp3 Series is unlike most other brainwave entrainment sessions. What makes the Deep Epsilon Mp3 Series different is that its primary entrainment tracks are all sub delta sessions (0.5 hz and lower), and we use isochronic tones.

Most brainwave entrainment companies create brainwave entrainment mp3's focused on alpha brainwave states (8 hz - 12 hz), theta brainwave states (4 hz - 8 hz), and delta brainwaves states (between 1 hz - 4 hz), and sometimes beta brainwave states (13 hz - 30 hz).

The Deep Epsilon Mp3 Series is a entire set of mp3's (10 levels) that have been designed with isochronic tones epsilon frequencies at 0.5 hz or lower. (Recently the brainwaves below 0.5hz have been classified as a separate band called Epsilon).

The Deep Epsilon Mp3 Series consists of 12 mp3's each of which is 30 minutes in length. Two of the mp3's ("Fully Awake" and "Diving Down") are intended for use before and after each of the 10 main mp3's (10 levels) to help ready you for the deeper levels, and to bring you back up again from the epsilon brainwave state.

The heart and soul of the Deep Epsilon Mp3 Series are the 10 main mp3's which are divided into 10 levels.

Each of the 10 mp3's consists of a different ambient music track embedded with isochronic tones with carrier frequencies in the hyper gamma and lambda frequency ranges, and with a offset or entrainment frequency in the epsilon frequency range between 0.5 hz and 0.1 hz.

The 10 levels are divided into two parts:

Part 1 = Levels 1 -5

Part 2 = Levels 6 - 10

The entrainment frequencies in part 1 repeat in part 2 except that the carrier frequencies in part 2 are different than in part 1.

The lower carrier frequencies make the sessions more intense, but you have to work down to it so your brain adjusts to the audio.

For example, Level 6 is a more intense version of Level 1; and Level 7 is a more intense version of level 2, and so on.

Each session below consists of soothing ambient music embedded with isochronic tones entrainment.

The carrier frequencies used in the sessions below have been chosen because of the benefits those particular frequencies have been known to produce. (Note: We use the same carrier frequencies in all 4 series - Alpha, Theta, Delta, Epsilon).

The entrainment frequencies used here have also been carefully selected according to the results they have been known to produce in some people.

It is recommended that you don't rush through the sessions. They are designed to be therapeutic to listen to and you can benefit from just listening to one level once a day for a week or more before moving to the next mp3. The point is don't expect these mp3's to magically work if you are in a frenzy rushing through every session all in one sitting. Take your time and enjoy.

What Are Epsilon Brainwaves?

Epsilon waves = 0.5 hz - 0.1 hz - Epsilon brainwaves are sub delta brainwaves below 0.5 hz, and they are associated with mystical states of consciousness, whole brain thinking, anti-aging, rejuvenation and so many more benefits. Few people, except those way advanced in meditation, persistently experience epsilon brainwaves on a daily basis. Optimal health on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level grows out of spending time consciously at theta, delta and epsilon brainwaves level.

Interestingly, epsilon brainwaves are strongly related to very high frequency brainwaves called lambda brainwaves. The same states of consciousness are associated with both lambda and epsilon waves. Extraordinary states of consciousness, high states of meditation, ecstatic states of consciousness, high-level inspiration states, spiritual insight, out-of-body experiences, Yogic states of suspended animation etc., seem to be the main themes of the epsilon and lambda brainwave states.

In the Deep Epsilon Mp3 Series we utilize powerful isochronic tones with frequencies that help bring the mind to a slow level of brainwave activity known as the epsilon brainwave range. At this slow brainwave level, as was mentioned above, very high frequency brainwaves (hyper gamma and lambda) have been found to be riding on slow epsilon brainwave frequencies during mystical states of consciousness.

221.23 hz - Associated with Note=A, Color=yellow-orange, Tempo=103.7 BPM, Chakra=Ajna/Third Eye ).

172.06 hz - Associated with the color of purple/violet, and this frequency is known to have a joyful, cheerful, spiritual effect. It is associated with clarity of spirit, cheerfulness. This frequency is also associated with the Sahasrar/Crown chakra, as well as the musical note F, and has a lot of significance to the ancient Chinese.

141.27 hz - Intellectuality, mobility; (Note=C# or D) (Color=blue-green or blue) (Tempo=66.2)(Chakra=Vishudda/Throat chakra) (Effects=Supports speech center and communicative- intellectual principle, associated with communication and cleverness).

136.10 hz (used twice) - Associated with light, warmth, joy, relaxation, centering, balance, harmony with the cosmos. 136.hz is also known as the frequency of the soul, and it is the same frequency as "om" or "aum".
