When it comes to listing to our mp3 products our advice is EASE YOUR WAY INTO THE DIFFERENT FREQUENCIES. It is not a good idea to overload yourself by listening to several mp3's all at once. Be careful with overdoing it especially if you are new to brainwave entrainment, and your mind is not yet trained with brainwave entrainment audio. In general, results will vary between users.

However since the mp3's are copyrighted you don't have permission to sell or give them away electronically or otherwise.
It is against the copyright to distribute the downloads freely on the internet. In no case will we be liable for chance, accidental, special, direct or indirect damages resulting from listening to the recordings.
About the file format used
All our downloads are direct mp3 files. You will have to "Right Click, and Save Target As, or Save Link As", to save the files to your computer.
