"Experienced meditators can decide for themselves whether Delta Boost is beneficial to them or not. But I I think newbie meditators will definitely benefit listening to Delta Boost. As an experienced meditator I do 5 minutes of my own meditation (without Delta Boost), before starting on Delta Boost. "Just a few words regarding my purchase of your Delta Boost program. When I first stumbled across your website I thought...another mind site...when I saw your statement "an alternative to Holosync" this made me think as I had already tried the first stage of the Holosync Program. So I downloaded your program and got started.
To be honest I did rush into it somewhat (skipping several levels) thinking I was already a few levels up with using Holosync. I did move quickly up to level 4 and then up to 6 but then...OUCH...the headaches came fast and furious, I decided "Slow Down" and even go back a stage!
I then found myself stuck at level 6 program 3, I just loved this one so much.
Happily I can you tell you I have moved on, and now at level 7 No 7.
Wow..........I have to tell you I can feel both my Temporal Lobes " BUZZING " for the want of a better expression!

"I purchased the Relaxation Music Mp3 Pack, and the Meditation & Inner Peace Mp3 Pack. I have to say that in the past I use to listen to Monroe Institute cds. But with Restful Tones mp3's I get much more relaxed, and I can get better trance states. I use Restful Tones tracks in two different situations: 1.- When I commute. I listen to theta and delta sessions while I am on the train commuting (travel lasts 40-45 mins), and it´s incredible I can get into a trance state for a few moments despite all the noises and movements of the train and the people. I get very well rested and relaxed. 2.- In my reiki sessions. I sometimes play a track from the Relaxation Music Mp3 Pack to help me concentrate into "feeling" the energy in my hands. I have observed that I can "hold" the magnetic feeling in my hands for longer periods of time with this music. I can also get the magnetic feeling earlier in the session. People who receive the sessions have several experiences (cold, heat, visualizations, movements of energy around their bodies). I have to say it is one of the best ways I have found to relax and unwind from the day, right after arriving home from work. "I can definitely confirm that with my kinesiologist I suggested a whole range of popular brain entrainment products, including Holysync (some of them I don't remember the names so I just imagined them, and still got a no). To my amazement my bio-feedback did declare it wanted me to use YOUR Mp3's. This clearly means to me that your Mp3's are great value and great quality (and perhaps the best on the internet). And I really think the other companies sell less with more hype and marketing to try to cash in on the trade. I think it's really great what you do and that you provide great tones at great prices, and I also beleive the reason why inner self wants me to use your isochronics so much is because Ive reached a level in my mental advancement that requires more powerful tones, the ones that YOU provide, rather than other companies that possibly pay their clients to write testimonies for products that are ridiculously over priced, and just aren't that great. When listening to the "Awakened Mind Session" I had a very deep and blissful experience. It felt like time went on forever and it was very therapudic, I am definitely happy to use it! While I was using it I imagiend myself on a river of crystal love floating by and filling myself with warmth, I felt my body temperature rise while I did this and a nice warm feeling of love I was swimming in, alongside body tingles. It was a very nice feeling. Im excited to use it again. But after I used it, I could not go to sleep again (it was 6 am) which is a rarity for someone like me who has lethargy.
